Only if that Magby is from the Sandstorm set and it's Power has not been shut down. Otherwise no.

Yes. Since Recycle Energy goes back to your hand and Tower prevents cards in the Discard from going to the hand.

I'd say "Yes it works." Since it is an effect of an attack, it gets around Aerodactyl's Power of no Evolution being played.

Q. Igglybuff does Gaze on Slowking, then Igglybuff leaves play; is Slowkings PP still turned off??
A. The Gaze Power 'sits' on the Pokemon that it targeted unless that Pokemon leaves the bench. Nothing happens if Igglybuff leaves play. (Sep 20, 2001 WotC Chat, Q13)

yes

yes. Prehistoric Power only stops normal evolution. Attacks, Powers, and Trainers get past it. Exception: Pokemon Breeder does not because it specifies that you would have to be able to evolve normally.

Depends. If it's a Baby Magby, no. If it's a Basic Magby using the Baby Evolution Pokemon Power, yes.

No Rare Candy does not work on Baby Pokémon. You must be able to go from the Evolution back to the Basic. Clefable Evovles from Clefairy. Clefairy has no "link" back to Cleffa so Rare Candy does not work.

Q. Can I use Rare Candy to evolve a Baby Pokemon into its next stage? What about the newer forms of babies that are considered "Basic Pokemon" but have the "Baby Evolution" Poke-Power?
A. Rare Candy states if you have a card that "Evolves From" your Pokemon. There are currently no cards with text saying "evolves from" its baby form, so Rare Candy will not work on any form of baby Pokemon. (Oct 23, 2003 PUI Rules Team)
