:confused: I am very much confused in using this card I think it has a strategy within it pls. help (I know how to use it just can't win with it) plus I think he is a waste of a metal energy card I am so upset!

Are you referring to the Hidden Legends Jirachi?

If you are, then it's simple... its first attack, Make a Wish, allows you to search your deck for any evolution card that something on your field can evolve into (for example, if you have a Kirlia on your bench, you may search for a Gardevoir or Gardevoir ex) and put it on the appropriate pokemon.

The only deck that ever uses Mind Bend is Metagross, and that's just if the Jirachi can't find anything else to evolve and they don't have an appropriate attacker ready.
