once the EPs are maxed,can you battle anyone or thing u want w/o it changing the EPs?
do pokerus effects last after the pokemon has already been infected?
also
if you run away from a battle do you still get effort points?

2.No, it only affects them while its on them.

Yes. Once you get the effort ribbon due to maxing your pokemon's effort points, you do not need any more effort from future battles. Besides battling, you can use rare candies and/or day care to level up without affecting Effort.

I'm not sure what you are asking in that second quesiton. PokeRus itself is the infection. For however long the pokemon has PokeRus, it will gain effort at the double rate. Once it is 'healed', it will go back to gaining effort points at the normal (and lower) rate.

what exactly do EVs do?i mean say there is 252 def. ,252sp. def. and 6hp do those stats get raised more than other stats or are they the only things that get raised?thanx everyone

i think EV's are like stat boosters every time you battle a pokemon, for example every time you battle and kill a beautifly you get 2 special attack points

adding to the 3rd..if that were true..evryone would do that and EV traing would tke possibly half and hour instead of hours

actually, if you got EVs when you ran away, it would probably take longer beacause you would have to switch off and switch on again every time you found a pokemon that didnt give the right EVs, and saving after each battle and doing that, it would take up a lot of time

yes that would pretty much screw up the method for EV training pokes
