What does this move do?

It's a bit like Future Sight - You use the attack, but nothing happens that turn. It says something like "Jirachi has chosen his destiny". Then, a few turns later, it does the damage (it's base damage is 120). I don't know how it's determined which turn it does damage; I've only used it a few times, and it seems to be from 2-5 turns before it does damage. You can continue to use attacks as normal in the meantime.
