10: other ( i consider all others as more or less not important so thats why this choice is here)

Four little letters: G-O-K-U, though Gohan would be if he wasn't such a pacifist.

(I know he isn't, but he is more of one compared to the other Sayians)

Only 2 of those listed truely qualify for the title of Best Saiyan. Those 2 are Vegeta & Brolly. Goku & Gohan just don't have the killer instinct. Radditz & Nappa don't have enough strength. Trunks & Goten are too playful. Future Trunks has feelings.
Only Vegeta & Brolly enjoy killing, have an insatiable lust for power, and don't give their victims a second chance....

While, maph could have meant any number of things by "best", I'm not sure that he meant "one who enjoys killing the most and has the greatest lust for power." From his list, I'd have to go with Gohan, as he is the most powerful.

From what we are told about the saiyans from Vegeta & Radditz, a good saiyan has those qualities I listed...so a great saiyan would excel at those things....

I'm just saying that as a race, saiyans are supposed to be bloodthirsty. Had Frieza not blown up Vegeta, Goku, Gohan, & the others would be considered outcasts & probably be mobbed & killed.....

if you piss off Goku then he will become a blood thirsty killer and Vegeta and Brolly, Radditz and Nappa are killers too thats because they were grown up to kill but then Vegeta became like Goku later in the series caring more about his family

on to the topic to me its the line up is Goku,Gohan,Vegeta, and Future Trunks

Personally, I see V man as a better character *and* Saiyan than Gohan :eek: - just because I think you-know-who is one of the best characters from any storyline ever. (but not because of him being a badass, and even though he truly is over-appreciated and such).
I get that with Goku too. There's just something about him and v man that makes me think they're some of the best characters ever, and definitely the best Saiyans.

Yep. It sucks major assage that he was only around for like, 3 episodes...
He was one cool Saiyan, and one of the most interesting Dragonball characters to me. That SSJ3-like hair was a plus, too.

Goku only becomes bloodthirsty once in DB/Z, against Frieza (not counting Oozuru). Even then it is short lived. Vegeta settles down, but he never developes any problem with killing people. Napa & Radditz aren't as good as Vegeta simply because they mistakenly believe themselves to be strong.

4. Gotenks (SSJ3) or not including fusions Radditz

Yea, IMO he is - attitude-wise and everything else, a true Saiyan...and he was one of coolest villains. not to mention - with that hair he looks like a heavy metal rock star... :cool:
