What are some Extended - Legal cards that cause the opponent to draw a lot of cards very quickly (dont suggest trade secrets or wheel and deal, i know about those)? All the broken ones from Urza's are banned (of course). Prosperity looks promising though.

laquatis's creativity I used this in a megrim deck and it killed pretty quickly.

cephilid coliseum makes an opponent draw and discad 3 cards for (B) I like it also

is stroke of genius one of those banned cards you were talking about if not then that

howling mine adds up after awhile(been killed by these a couple of different ways)
