If the pokemon was not in the games data thenyou can't get it even with a gameshark. Even Nintendo says that it is not in the game. Getting it in your cart is impossible and if you have then you are lying.

yep, wasnt it to get to the bermuda triangle you have to catch mewtwo, beat the pokemon league 50 times with a pokemon that learns dig, go to the exact spot where you found mewtwo, go on your bike, ride in a circle 3 times and use teleport, then you go to misty's gym, talk to the guy with shellder and horsea and he'll telport you to the bremuda, it was also a rumour that the truck you have to push to get mew (whatever), you onluck the truck door and theres an egg in it that contains togepi hahahaha
