Is the only way to get a Flamethrower TM and Thunderbolt TM at the game corner?

Not necessarily. Vulpix learns Flamethrower at lvl. 28, so you could breed that onto a Pokemon. Also, After you get fly, go back to Mauville. Wattson will be standing at the middle of the town. He will give you the key to an old basement level of the city. You have to go there and shut off the power generator. If you do, he will reward you with TM 24, or thunderbolt.

yep, breeding chains using vulpix and numels, there like roselia for the fire types

Yes, I know how to get it from Watson. I already did that.(I have had this game since the day it came out, it's just been awhile since I have played it and I restarted)

Flamethrower, yes. I wonder why, as the other 2 are available elsewhere.
