One thing that really makes no sense about the human extinction attack is that he didn't even target every human on the planet. As for the timeline issue about five or ten years between Z and GT, the girls are the thing that really stick out as sore thumbs if there's a ten year gap. They don't look mature enough. It also seems a little odd how Goten would have that much trouble in his love life that he was 28 by the time he could keep a steady girlfriend.
