Instead of Grudge/Flash give it Batton Pass. Also, give it Salac Berry or something else (not totally sure). Fine, otherwise.

Give it Curse instead of Iron Defense - raises more than one stat. Don't give him Superpower, Sandstron, or Rock Tomb. Instead, give it Rest (hold Chesto if Rest) and max out on Metal Claw's PP usage.

Snycronize is a better effect than Trace. Try to raise one with Snycronize and then give it a Lum Berry. Fine otherwise, maybe something over Hypnosis or Double Team (toxic/WoW?).

No clue.

Ky00ber has many sets. I guess this one is fine, depends really on how you use him (special sweep, lol). Ice Beam always worked fore me.

Thanks, but is Rest a TM? If so, where do I get it? I already got rid of the Regi's Curse and I like Iron Defense much better. Where do I get Scope Lens/White Herb? Anybody else?

The guy living in the house in the easternmost part of Lillycove City will give you Rest (TM44), Scope Lens is obtainable via Battle Tower and White Herb you get from the girl in front of the flower shop on Route 104 after you beat Wattson in Mauville.
Blaziken neeeds Brick Break (obtained at Sootopolis), Kyogre needs Ice beam (get rid of calm Mind), drizzle will increase most move's power, kyogre is already supper 00ber powerful and doesn't need calm mind, i have the same ms on my breloom, good job

Thanks. But I do not need Rest on my Regi as Toxic will take it's place. And which should I get rid of for Brick Break: Overheat or Fire Blast?

If you want to get back Curse you can just ask the Move Tutor but you have to have a Heart Scale ready. Scope Lens/White Herb is found after many wins in the BT.

Drop Fire blast for Brick Break, if you can't get that. give it another Fighting move with the Heart Scale. and give it Lum berry, or White Herb. he's ment to be a sweeper. he really doesn't need any healing. If it's a female, you might wanna breed and get a Torchic with Rock Slide. if not keep with what I said.

The Pokemon only has 1HP. and it can't survive setting up Fury Cutter. plus Wonder Guard is worthless, if it's Supereffective against it. so drop Fury Cutter for Protect/Confuse Ray. Put Shadow Ball/Silver Wind for it's attack. and then Toxic is fine. and Grudge is okay, but you can put Protect in place of that. too

Drop all of your attack, instead of Amnesia, add Rest and. and it learns Curse and Metal Claw on its own. if you don't like this one use this set

um, you do realize that Ninkada evolves by splitting into Ninjask and Shedinja, right?
