What attack are phisical, and which are special?

What attack are phisical, as in vs defense, and which are special, or vs spec. def?
I looked in the help thread, but I can't seem to find it.

It's surprising that after building the BT teams all the time, and being an avid player, that you don't know this. Anyway, Physical types are: Ghost, Fighting, Normal, Bug, Ground, Rock, Steel, Flying, Poison. Special types are: Psychic, Electric, Ice, Water, Grass, Dragon, Dark, Fire. Hope this helps!

Well, yeah, I know fire and psychic and others are special, but there were still some I was confused about like bugs (signal beam made it difficult) and ghost being phisical, I didn't know what to expect of dark
