Yay, go Zero! But seriously, it's getting kind of old now. They need to start making more changes or else it'll probably go the way of the X series.

Edit: Yeah they do.

I saw this on PMM a couple of days back.
It looks…. Exactly the same.
Zero is turning into the X series, I hate to say. I really wish Capcom would add new features, game play, and whatnot instead of trying to [slapping] money out of us just for profit.
Even though [slapping] money out of their consumers is their motto.

Even though [slapping] money out of their consumers is their motto. They've added new weapons in each game, modified the Cyber Elf system, altered some of the skills, and added the parts system. MMZ is nothing like MMZ3. The plot is also a lot more coherent than than MMX.

Nothing new. Capcom has already done the MM:BN series to death, and so is this.

The Megaman BN games are repettitive because they have horrible stories and the innovative gameplay from the first was all that was pushing them forward. Problem is, when you have no story and your using the same gameplay from the first, you cant go far.
Megaman Zero 1, 2 and 3 all have something unique about them and the sequels have certainly added to the mix. I cant wait to see what Zero 4 adds. Perhaps Armor upgrades like in X, that would be nice.

The story line from the first two MMBN games were actually half decent, if you ask me.

Tru dat, DX. But 3 was meh and 4 was nothing but plot filler here, tournament there.
Be careful what you say about Battle Network though, it's literally a favorite in Japan (EXE 5 was 5th in game sales after four days- not even a full week. EXE 4 was a hit also). They even have tournaments for Battle Network there because of the popularity.
Anyways, Zero 4 is gonna be clean. If you notice what X says in the end of 3 (Weil is still a threat), you can tell that they would make another game around that.

It's insanely popular over in Japan. A couple of people from the GameFAQs Message Boards have entered some of those tournaments, and their feedback from them was incredible.
I won't like though, I love the Megaman series to death.
