I'm hoping I can find a gamshark code to fix that, but I need some suggestions on which moves to use on kyogre

I personally prefer surf over most other water moves so i'd say do:

Kyogre@???
Surf
IceBeam
Calm Mind/AncientPower(versatality)
Thunder (necessity with drizzle)

Unless you put rest on Kyogre (combined with Chesto of course), and find a code to add PP, I wouldn't go with Water Spout.

Calm Mind/AncientPower(versatality) I didn't really mean that, I mean, it's specials are well, "Uber" already, right? and I don't paticularly like AP, useless, as it has 5pp, 60 power, rock type, and only 10% chance of stat boosts, how about DE?

His special stats are sky-high, give it a modest personality and EVs in SA and you can max out SA (and get SD to around 800) with three calm minds. Then chesto-rest. He's a water pokemon, so all his weaknesses are special based, and after calm mind SE moves will do nothing. Water Spout's damage at full power (after the rest+chesto)is 150*1.5*2=450, which will OHKO anything with maxed SA, even something with resistance (and maybe even dual resistance). The only way to kill him is to start hammering him with strong physical attacks. Ice Beam can take grass and Thunder (99.6% accurate because of auto-rain dance) can take other water types. If he is BPed a defense/speed boost, he's pretty much unstopable.

in RuSa, the 999 limit was removed... the max is 6 levels, so you can CM 6 times...

EVs for Kyogre should be 252-SpAtk, 252-Def, 4-Spd... Modest is the best personality...

Still, why waste an attack slot if it only takes three to get to the max SA? I can't use it in the BT, and no one will battle a "flawless" ky00ber, so I need to figure out something new

in RBYGSC, the maximum that a stat could get to was 999, but RuSa is a more advanced game, so it can go up a whole lot higher (2456 is Shuckle's Def after 6 levels)...

Yes, but why bother, when most special attacks will just bounce right off anyway?

Calm mind covers both of its weaknesses, and allows him to OHKO pretty much anything (except Shedinja/Quagsire).

And Absol, how'd you get that info? Did you hack the game or something?
