after a long time coming i've finally won the Gold shield..and i couldn't be happier..it was close a few times..but i did it jsut 30 minutes ago while writing this :D
well here's the team
this is for lvl 50-

Hyper beam-rarely failed me when needed it to hit
Focus Punch- should hve given it brick break

amnesia
curse/ protect -protect saved me a few times

Latias@Lum
Physic
ice beam/ surf

Thunderbolt - used salamence mostly but for the first 50 or so i used her with salamence over Registeel.

its not the best team in the world...but it won me it so thats all i care

yeah....i'm just glad i did it at last...
it was really clsoe in my 96 battle..it was down to a swampert vs my registeel and his alakazam registeel stalled long enough for toxic to do its damage.. then salamence finshed the job...
alos one of my batles my salking got frozen by swampert..that its i thought i'm done then he got defrosted staright away for me to hyper beam him
the 105th match wasn't really hard

no latios on my team i don't hve him..if i did i would hve useed him cuz of soul dew
as i said latias was used instead of registeel or the first 50...i didn't needd him then till higher up...

yeha thanks...i messed up Registeel with no EV traing but he done ine all the same
