Hey guy and girls! I decided to play a troll deck last weekend at locals! Keep reading to see how I did. Decklist will be at bottom.
Round 1: T.G. Stun
Yesssss T.G. stun. Such an easy match up!
G1: He pays with Skill Drain to get barbaros up. He attacks and I cylinder. Not hard when he only has 4k lp left to win.
G2: I side Heavy Storm in like a dumb***. I draw storm and activate to try at 4 backrow. He roads and no stall makes me loose.
G3: Take out that heavy and chain burn wrecks tg again.
Round 2: Wind-Up (win dice roll)
G1. Set everything and a marsh. He eventually gets over it but the damage is done and his wind-up rabbit beat can't get me.
G2. Misplay bad trying to dwall a rabbit T_T. Then do trio/desserts chain in wrong order. Only bad misplays all day though
G3. I open broken. Nothing he could do as Poison of the Old Man seals the deal.
Round 3: Monster Mash (Gallis)
G1: No endphase msts/judgments so its an easy win.
G2: Gallis birdman doom............... WTF!!!......... I loose T_T.
G3: Prays for no otk. Have a set cylinder and just tributed for lava so in a good position. He sacs lava for caius and I veiler. He attacks and then I cylinder. Draw a Secret Barrel. Game.... He shows me 2/3 for otk.
Round 4: (last round of swiss so I am definetly in top 4) Dino Rabbit
G1: Plays around jar and I loose quickly because of 2 laggia.
G2: Close and then he flips the decree and my fate is sealed
After swiss 2nd place!!
TOP 4
Round 5: Darkworld
G1: Thought I was gonna loose this one. I was at 4600 and he was at 6k being only damage was 1 turn Lava Golem which he sacked for silva and marsh. I have two deserts set and a cylinder. He has beige and silva out and I know That if he beats me down he has game since I am under reckless. But then he summons a third monster and bounces to get grapha. I take hits from silvva and gold 2600-1900 so at 100 lp he attacks me with grapha and I cylinder. Then double desserts wins me game.
G2: Open up with first turn Neko Mane King!!! He dragged downs and sees it. He has to Card Destruction to get rid of the neko. Luckily for me new hand has pretty broken stuff and I win.
Finals: Me vs dino rabbit from round 4.
G1: I set and he reads a Morphing Jar. so he summons Sabersaurus (yay no rabbit) and sets to backrow. I know he has a veiler but since i have torrential flipping jar is the way to go. I flip and he veilers and I torrential and with a fresh new hand I win.
G2: A long game as I am not doing much damage but stalling it out and afraid of decree. I finally draw mst and go off to win!
