question about triggers

So, if I get a trigger off of a drive check, can I apply that atk boost from that trigger to my already attacking vanguard so that the he will bigger and my opponent needs to use more guardians?

ex.
- Blade blaster attack (9000 atk)
- drive check, gets stand trigger
- Blade Blaster's atk is now 14000 (?)

Also, can you apply the effect of a critical trigger from a drive check to an already attacking monster so that it can deal out more damage? Like giving a critical trigger to my already attacking vanguard?

Also, how long do guardians shield boost last? For one battle or for the entire battle phase?

Guardians boost only last to the end of that current battle. Not the entire phase.

but remember that after a player has decided to guard with a certain amount of cards they can not change that number after the tigers have been reviled. Ive had a few people wonder about that.
