(this guy is a must on my team, cannot lose him)

Latias@lefties
-psychic
-dragon claw
-light screen
-recover
(I need to replace this one, BAD, it's terrible)

Metagross@metal powder (not coat, powder)
-MM
-psychic
-reflect (soon to be shadow ball)
-light screen (soon to be EQ)
(I can replace him if I need to, or modify his moveset, or keep him, i'm pretty much nuetral about metagrosss)

And the BT makes teams that my team are especially weak too, EVERY team in the bt, and I mean EVERY single one, has had BOTH a dragon, AND a psychic, and usually a ghost or a dark thrown in.

Amazingly, it hasn't lost yet, in fact, I haven't needed to use anything but my latios! but still, just in case a freak accident happens where Latios goes down, I'll need some assistance on building a bettter backup for him.

Wouldnt it bad to Have Latios/Latias on the same team because they are both dragon/psychic? They both share the same weaknesses and are both the same type so isnt that bad in the BT?

Yeah, but I'm not sure what to replace them with, as I can't find a good dark sweeper, or a very good dark tank

gengar (I know, I know it's sharked, but it was needed in an older team)

I've always been a fan of golem, but metagross is much better, just look at the stats.

If I where you I would get a regice with thunder bolt, and delete thunder bolt on latios for calm mind. A few calm minds and you don't have to worry about dark, ice, or dragon, and one psychic/dragon claw will take out just about everything.

T-bolt tm has been used up, and I traded My regice in exchange for a machoke, now machamp. my new meta seems to be doing very little damage, here is his moveset

He's okay at taking the damage, but he never deals that much, I know golem can seriously dish out a crapload of damage, and when his hp is low, explosion.

I heard that in FR/LG metagross can learn explosion, is that true? if so, I may reconsider metagross.

What's your metagrosses attack? If it's not somewhere near 200, train a new one.

Also, if you can cheat in gengar why not more tms?

My friend has gameshark, he traded me haunter, but he's on a trip to see some of his family, so here I am without cheats.

By the way, metagross attack is 405

I don't know why metagross isn't doing a lot of damage.

It's lvl 100, I maxed out his EV and IV in attack, as well as the rest, took me ages too, ahh well, his new moveset is EQ MM Psychic, and shadow ball, though when I get my gameshark, shadow ball will be explosion.

Because it takes Aeons to raise a poke to level 100, I just got the gameboy advance sp, and did the day care trick
