Lightpulsar Dragon and REDMD vs. Dark Hole/ Torriential Tribute/ Mirror Force

Hey guys, I got a ruling question for you. If you have Lightpulsar Dragon and Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon in play and your opponent plays Dark Hole/ Torriential Tribute/ Mirror Force, can you bring back the same REDMD with Lightpulsar's effect?

I've been hearing so many different things.

Yes. Lightpulsar is sent to the grave, its effect activates.

[Jingrock]

Light Pulsar activates in grave.

If REDMD is in the grave when Light Pulsar activates then it is a valid target for Pulsar's effect.
