Ok if I have LPD on field and REDMD and they get hit with say Mirror Force, TT, or Dark Hole can I pick the REDMD that was on the field as a target for pulsar's effect?

Also if I use Darkflare Dragon to send Eclipse Wyvern to the grave can i activate wyverns eff to banish a dragon and then banish wyvern to add the removed card to my hand?

1 Yes. REDMD is also in the grave when LPD's effect activates, so it is a valid target for pulsar.

2 no. Eclipse wyvern activates after darkflare resolves.

Going to re-open this and ask about Darkflare again because i have read a couple of places that the combo with Wyvern does work. Anyone else?

"Eclipse Wyvern" is already banished by "Darkflare Dragon" when its effect activates. It would not be able to activate its second effect since the trigger occurred before the first effect even activated.
