Please read my terms + regulations before posting.
Rules:
1. Make sure you have read the guidelines (http://www.pojo.biz/board/showthread.php?t=777721)on what escrow trading is and whatnot.
2. NEVER INCLUDE ADDRESSES ON THIS THREAD! Personal information will be disclosed between the traders and I, no one else. When requesting a trade with me just state the city and state/country.
3. I can ONLY ship within the United States and Canada. Overseas can be extremely troublesome, and is very expensive when it comes to making sure it gets there.
4. Each trader has two weeks for their respective ends to reach me; postage is necessary for exceptions. If I have not received by then, I will notify both traders that the trade has been cancelled, and negative references will be issued accordingly. Exceptions can be made under certain circumstances, I'm usually quite easy-going.
5. I can ONLY deal with cards and money. NO VIDEOGAMES/ELECTRONICS! Seldom, but possible may I make an exception to this. It never hurts to ask.
6. My fees are as follows, I can accept cash/PayPal/money orders/card(s):
Standard:
3$ (USD) from each trader, divided however both of the traders decide.
STRONGLY PREFER EQUAL BETWEEN EACH TRADER! I've had people back out and me waste my own time/money to send end's back!
What this gets you: envelope (sometimed padded, depends on how many I have), stamp, toploaders. Generally I go to the post office and sent out, so a receipt will be available.
Delivery confirmation:
5$ (USD) from each trader, divided however both of the traders decide.
STRONGLY PREFER EQUAL BETWEEN EACH TRADER! I've had people back out and me waste my own time/money to send end's back!
What this gets you: padded envelope and delivery confirmation. Receipt and tracking number will be available.
Notes regarding fees:
-Prices and services are to be terminated or changed at my discretion.
-Larger trades may bring a little more on the fees, due to more postal weight/time involved.
-All fees are non-refundable. If a trade is cancelled for any reason, the fees collected will be used to pay the cost of returning the item(s) to you.
-If the fee is unpaid at the time of initial reception of a trader's end, the trader's end will be withheld until payment is received.
7. When packaging cards, please do so carefully. Here are some guidelines when it comes to shipping cards:
a. One card per sleeve, two cards per toploader.
b. Write down on a piece of paper (notebook/computer) the trade details including the usernames.
c. With that piece of paper, wrap the toploaders up similarly to a present.
d. PLEASE DO NOT TAPE TOPLOADERS! I have had the top of cards become damaged because of this.
e. If you send via Post Office, look into purchasing a "non-machinable" or "hand processing" feature. It's 20 or 22 cents, and can assure that the envelope does not get damaged.
f. After the envelope is sealed and filled out properly, tape the folds on the back of the envelope for extra security - sometimes mail can be manhandled by the post office, and it's best to be prepared.
8. Communication is key. PLEASE stay in contact via PMs with me and your trading partner.
a. Let us know when you send out and when you have received, as soon as possible.
b. Never delete PMs until the trade is completely finished. If something were to go wrong PMs will need to be revisited sometimes.
c. PLEASE feel free to ask questions/contact me whenever you'd like! I'm always here on Pojo.
9. References come after all ends are received by the intended recipient. Here's how it goes:
-Trader 1 refs me and Trader 2.
-Trader 2 refs me and Trader 1.
-I ref Trader 1 and Trader 2.
10. I will absolutely NOT be held responsible for any issues or problems upon sending out and receiving both trader sends, which includes but is not limited to, cards being lost in the mail or damaged. I am also NOT responsible for cards becoming damaged during transit; if you go by my guidelines cards will not be damaged. I try my best to make sure trades go smoothly, so I expect the same in return.
By confirming a trade using me as a middleman you are agreeing to the following:
-If something should go wrong in a trade that is out of my control, you shall not issue me a negative/neutral reference or continue with any legal action (i.e. mail fraud).
-You have read and completely understand all of my rules and regulations.
Thank you very much for choosing me as your middleman. :D
