Since my Uberbug Topic seamed like a success I tought I'd make a similar one for another team I'm planning to make: An ALL Psychic team... seeing as according to my ID no. my trainer character would be a psychic in the Union Room :p
So I'm planning on using Gardevoir, Girafarig, Medicham, Solrock, Xatu and Starmie! I think it could be a pretty effective team no? Girafarig covers weakness to ghosts, Medicham to Dark and the others just add to the strength of the team.
Oh and please if you want to include suggestions involving FR/LG, put them separate from Ru/Sa only suggestions (I don't have acess to FireRed and LeafGreen)

:p calm down...
How effective is Recover and Substitute?
I suppose that you can only use it against Pokémon of similar level because if they smash it in one or two hit you'll have just wasted time and nothing else doing that right?

Cool ^^
But wouldn't Girafarig be better with a DARK attack like Crunch (if I recall it CAN learn Crunch...) so it can cover the team's weakness to Ghost types??
And I,m not messing around with Hidden Power :p that thing confuses me ^^;;

Medicham @ Salac Berry
Trait: Pure Power
EVs: 80 HP / 252 Atk / 176 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SpAtk)
- Reversal
- Shadow Ball
- Substitute
- Focus Punch/Bulk Up
SubRevCham forever. Focus Punch actually works on there too. ;x
Gardevoir @ Leftovers
Trait: Trace
EVs: 240 HP / 132 Spd / 136 SpDef
Modest Nature (+SpAtk, -Atk)
- Psychic
- Thunderbolt
- Thunder Wave
- Taunt
I really like Thunder Wave/Taunt on my Gardevoir, since it's a bit unexpected sometimes, although I'm pretty sure Calm Mind/WoW is the standard.
Slowbro @ Leftovers
Trait: Own Tempo
EVs: 216 HP / 252 Def / 40 SpDef
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Surf
- Ice Beam/Psychic
- Calm Mind
- Rest
Hey, I even saw a Counter Slowbro once.
Metagross @ Choice Band/Lum Berry
Trait: Clear Body
EVs: 140 HP / 252 Atk / 16 Def / 100 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SpAtk)
- Meteor Mash
- Earthquake
- Shadow Ball/Agility
- Explosion/Psychic or HP Electric [SpAtk EVs needed with Naughty]
Dont forget, this guy is still a psychic. ;-P
You could go with the Agility set(s) too, but eh.
Exeggutor @ Leftovers/Lum Berry
Trait: Chloropyhll
EVs: 212 Spd / 252 SpAtk / 44 SpDef
Modest Nature (+SpAtk, -Atk)
- Solarbeam
- Hidden Power [Fire]
- Sleep Powder/Psychic
- Sunny Day
Psychic for Dragons and is more standard, although I prefer 396 speed sleep, which is incredibly sexy. Watch the yams out for Houndoom.
Heh, there are a lot of good psychics out there, I guess.

If you want Crunch, then:
Giraf@Salac@Timid
252 Spd, 252 Sp Att, 6 HP
- Calm Mind
- Psychic
- Crunch
- T-bolt
Phazon: Still using CB Metas I see. I still prefer Ag Metas ;)

I thought I heard somewhere that Gardy can learn Wish in JPN Emerald either by breeding or level up?

why does it suck
because it doesn't do a thing to dark.
it has two defensive attacks. zam's defenses suck.
i understand that zam will be subminding (made it up!), but they will be on the offensive most likely, and will blow the sub into oblivion.
plus there isn't an item

We don't know every surprise that Emerald has in store for us, as Emerald has yet to be released in the states. But I want a Wishing Gardy, NOW!!!!
EDIT: Booyah!! 300 posts!
