Now for my policies:
1. I will ship anywhere and will purchase insurance upon request. Insurance outside of North America is extremely expensive and I will probably not pay for it. If you want priority mail it can be arranged, but I will not pay for it unless I decided to do it because I delayed in sending.
2. I love to trade and therefore you will find that I might trade just for the sake of trading, not for any of my wants.
3. I love to check lists, but please tell me what you have from my wants, if anything, as this makes everything much easier.
4. While checking lists the page gets old and people post, which I do not see until after my post is on, so either wait for me to realize your post (usually about a second) or bump my thread.
5. If I don't see anything on your list, make an offer anyway, if the cards are of equal value (both money wise and trade wise) I'll probably do it. Please do not offer a million small cards for one big card though, if you want to do this the trade will have to be leaning towards my side.
6. Post offers in my thread or pm me, I have no preference.
7. No one in my thread has priority. It doesn't matter whether you're Parallel Fates or a noob. I try to be as fair to everyone as possible.
8. If you want to back out of a trade, so be it. I will probably not leave you a ref (although I reserve the right to), but I will be more reluctant to trade with you in the future.
9. Please do not put more than 2 cards in 1 toploader.
10. Please do not put more than 1 card in a sleeve.
11. I now always ship in a bubble mailer with delivery confirmation. If I ship first, please send me back my bubble mailer when you ship.
12. If you send first I reserve the right to wait until both parties receive their ends before leaving a ref.
13. Please try not to insult my intelligence with obnoxious offers you know I won't take.
14. I value my cards by the cheapest buy it now price including shipping, or, if I can't find one, by completed listings.
15. All cards are for sale. All prices are negotiable.
16. I buy cards but not often, it has to be a high want.
17. I never want single packs.
18. Trades must be made worth my while for non wants and/or when I am trading down. This includes cards I see on your list.
19. If you have lower refs than me, but you have 100% and the trade is small, I may ship at the same time to expedite the trade.
20. I try to ship cards as soon as possible. Small trades, in which I only need to use a stamp, will most likely be shipped next day. If I have to go to a post office it could take 2-5 business days for me to ship.
21. If you would like a mod trade then you have to pay for the mod completely, all I will pay is the regular amount I would pay normally for a trade. If I want a mod trade, I will pay for it. I have no problem doing mod trades.
22. If purchasing from me I only accept concealed cash or PayPal. If you want me to send a large amount of cash and have a higher rating, I must do a mod trade (I got ripped from this guy with 70 refs once, long story). There is no minimum purchase as of yet, please do not abuse this. Please remember that neither party can leave nor receive a ref involving a PayPal transaction, please do not leave one nor ask for one. If you want a million small commons or something from me for $5 I will probably not do it because it wouldn't be worth my while. Please remember that when receiving bulk cards from me they better amount to something to go above and beyond the shipping cost.
24. What with no more trading of signed commons, embossed commons will be included free with every trade; to fully appreciate them please take them out of the sleeve and toploader and hold them up to light. These do take time and effort to produce, so if you don't want one or are going to throw it out anyway, notify me and I won't send you one. Each one is unique, I never do the same card twice. If you want me to do a specific card, you must send it to me first.

Now for my policies:
1. I will ship anywhere and will purchase insurance upon request. Insurance outside of North America is extremely expensive and I will probably not pay for it. If you want priority mail it can be arranged, but I will not pay for it unless I decided to do it because I delayed in sending.
2. I love to trade and therefore you will find that I might trade just for the sake of trading, not for any of my wants.
3. I love to check lists, but please tell me what you have from my wants, if anything, as this makes everything much easier.
4. While checking lists the page gets old and people post, which I do not see until after my post is on, so either wait for me to realize your post (usually about a second) or bump my thread.
5. If I don't see anything on your list, make an offer anyway, if the cards are of equal value (both money wise and trade wise) I'll probably do it. Please do not offer a million small cards for one big card though, if you want to do this the trade will have to be leaning towards my side.
6. Post offers in my thread or pm me, I have no preference.
7. No one in my thread has priority. It doesn't matter whether you're Parallel Fates or a noob. I try to be as fair to everyone as possible.
8. If you want to back out of a trade, so be it. I will probably not leave you a ref (although I reserve the right to), but I will be more reluctant to trade with you in the future.
9. Please do not put more than 2 cards in 1 toploader.
10. Please do not put more than 1 card in a sleeve.
11. I now always ship in a bubble mailer with delivery confirmation. If I ship first, please send me back my bubble mailer when you ship.
12. If you send first I reserve the right to wait until both parties receive their ends before leaving a ref.
13. Please try not to insult my intelligence with obnoxious offers you know I won't take.
14. I value my cards by the cheapest buy it now price including shipping, or, if I can't find one, by completed listings.
15. All cards are for sale. All prices are negotiable.
16. I buy cards but not often, it has to be a high want.
17. I never want single packs.
18. Trades must be made worth my while for non wants and/or when I am trading down. This includes cards I see on your list.
19. If you have lower refs than me, but you have 100% and the trade is small, I may ship at the same time to expedite the trade.
20. I try to ship cards as soon as possible. Small trades, in which I only need to use a stamp, will most likely be shipped next day. If I have to go to a post office it could take 2-5 business days for me to ship.
21. If you would like a mod trade then you have to pay for the mod completely, all I will pay is the regular amount I would pay normally for a trade. If I want a mod trade, I will pay for it. I have no problem doing mod trades.
22. If purchasing from me I only accept concealed cash or PayPal. If you want me to send a large amount of cash and have a higher rating, I must do a mod trade (I got ripped from this guy with 70 refs once, long story). There is no minimum purchase as of yet, please do not abuse this. Please remember that neither party can leave nor receive a ref involving a PayPal transaction, please do not leave one nor ask for one. If you want a million small commons or something from me for $5 I will probably not do it because it wouldn't be worth my while. Please remember that when receiving bulk cards from me they better amount to something to go above and beyond the shipping cost.
24. What with no more trading of signed commons, embossed commons will be included free with every trade; to fully appreciate them please take them out of the sleeve and toploader and hold them up to light. These do take time and effort to produce, so if you don't want one or are going to throw it out anyway, notify me and I won't send you one. Each one is unique, I never do the same card twice. If you want me to do a specific card, you must send it to me first.
