if you are planning to use one of those ghosts to attack psychic pokemon, go with Banette. his attack stat is amazing so shadow ball, in turn, is amazing. dont focus anything on banette's special attack.

Dusclops is effective as a tank, but it's not meant to be used aggressively. Its offensive stats are just too low for that. However, its defensive stats are more than adequate to keep it alive for a while against most attackers. Personally, I think I used Mean Look/Curse/Will-o-Wisp/Night Shade as the moveset when I used Dusclops on a fairly recent Netbattle team, but DM's set is also effective. In any case, that's really beside the point, since you're looking for a more aggressive Ghost.
Banette, on the other hand, is awesome as a physical attacker. I'm not sure if you can fairly call it a physical sweeper, per se, since outside of Hidden Power, the only useful physical move types it can learn are Ghost and Normal. You may want to include a physical Baton Passer (like Scyther, Scizor, or especially Ninjask) on that team, just to make it even more effective. Since Banette can only have a maximum of three different types of physical moves, it's probably best to avoid making a Choice Bander out of it. You could still do so -- the set would be Return/Shadow Ball/Hidden Power/Toxic (or Will-o-Wisp). The Hidden Power would have to be an appropriate type, such as Rock, Bug, or Ground. Obviously, you would want to immediately switch out once Toxic had hit successfully.

What do you mean? Do you want something to use Psychic? Or do you want something that'll attack a Psychic?

If you want the move, use Girafarig since you'll get STAB. If you want an attacker use Banette for its great Attack. I happen to prefer Dusclops, but that's just me..

Go with Girafarig... need a Pokemon with Psychic? Well go with the ACTUAL Pokemon who is Psychic.

oh, a pokemon to actually USE psychic? i guess that is what confused me too. yeah girafarig is the way to go; an offensive Dusclops is garbage (unless you have a calm-minding one) and banette's special attack isn't great, just his physical.

well, personally, i would use dusclops but NOT as a psychic attacker

Dusclops@Leftovers
Pressure
Impish
252 HP/ 129 Defense/ 129 SP Defense
Confuse Ray
Will-O-Wisp
Curse
Rest

for a psychic attacker, Alakazam would be my first choice
