Manyquestions from a noob who doesn't do any tournies

I'm good at movesets (SPECIAL SWEEPING MAGMAR OWNZ U ALL).

I have the games.

but my league host GBA tournies, and I NEED help.


here are the questions.
1.Is the League game R/S, or FR/LG, and if FR/LG, do i use link cable, or wireless adapter.
2.Are there level limits? Cause I'm training all my pokes to lvl 50...
3.Is it swiss tourny, or single round elim??
4.What Strategy is most commonly used??

4. Strategies that are commonly used are Uberkarps@Lefties@Splash/Tackle. Personally, I feel Uberkarps should be banned from all tournaments, due to its uber power and invincibility.
