All you need:
-Pokeblock Case. Location: A little girl inside Slateport's Contest Building will give it to you

-Berries

-Berry Blender: Located in all Contest buildings.

The man inside the Contest building of Slateport will explain how pokeblocks work and how to create them with the Berry Blender
